Cathy Bevins for District 6

The working men and women of the 6th Council District need someone who will fight for them, especially in these challenging economic times. I am running for County Council because I believe I am the best person to serve as their advocate.

For six years, I worked as Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith’s Constituent Services Coordinator for the eastside of the county.  I worked with dozens of community associations, business groups and civic organizations to build stronger partnerships in the delivery of government services.  I truly believe that by working together, we can make our communities better places to live, work and play. 

There is a great Renaissance underway in Baltimore County, and I will work hard to ensure it continues.  I strongly believe, that through prudent fiscal management, we can continue to prosper.
